In order to solve the missing case of the newborn, Haseena-Karishma check the CCTV footage, and try to trace the unknown lady. So that they uncover the truth, they enter the IVF clinic in disguise. But DSP Anubhav arrives there at the same time.

Through the CCTV footage, Haseena and Karishma learn about the presence of a mysterious lady at the hospital, and head out to find more details about her. A rickshaw driver helps Karishma with the location where he had dropped the lady from the hospital. The MPT ladies decide to visit the IVF clinic to find out if they are involved in child trade. While Haseena and Karishma step into the clinic to scout for evidence, DSP Anubhav arrives at the scene. What will happen now?
